Orders Menu
The Orders menu contains the dashboard of all the Quotations, Orders, Sales Teams, and Customers.
Quotations
The users can manage and create their sales quotations using the Quotations dashboard of the Orders menu. This dashboard helps us to keep track of all the quotation details along with their Number, Creation Date, Customer, Salesperson, Company, Total amount, and current Status, as depicted in the screenshot below.
To create new quotations, utilize the ‘New’ button and proceed by filling in the relevant data inside the new configuration form.
Orders
The Orders dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all the sales orders that took place inside your sales database with their respective details, such as order date, website, salesperson, total amount, invoice status, and other details, as shown below.
We can create and manage all the sales orders using this window in the sales module.
Sales Teams
The Sales Teams menu helps us to manage and track the details of each Sales Team and the members available in the company’s sales team, along with their statistical Sales Analysis overview, as illustrated in the screenshot below.
We can create new Sales Teams or deactivate them using the Sales Team option provided under the Configuration Menu of the Sales Module.
Customers
The Customers menu contains the data of all the customers available in the Sales Module database. We can create and manage all the essential customer and vendor data within this window.
The Kanban arrangement of customer data will show their Name, Address, Email, Contact Number, Company, Number of Purchases, Sales Orders, and other details. We can add new customer data using the ‘New’ button.
To Invoice Menu
This menu of the Sales Module provides two options to manage all your Orders to Invoice and Orders to Upsell.
Orders to Invoice
The Orders to Invoice menu provides you with the dashboard of all the invoices that are waiting to be invoiced, and this can be seen in the Status column area of the dashboard; we can manage and quickly complete all the pending invoices using this window.
We can quickly complete the invoicing procedure using this menu section.
Orders to Upsell
Odoo 17’s Sales module has a feature called “Orders to Upsell” that addresses situations where the delivered quantity of a product exceeds the initially invoiced quantity.
Odoo automatically detects discrepancies in sales orders, invoices, and deliveries, enabling the sales team to generate additional invoices for additional quantities, thereby ensuring accurate billing and inventory management. These types of Sales Orders can be seen inside the Orders to Upsell dashboard of the To Invoice menu of the Sales Module, as shown in the screenshot below.
Products Menu
Odoo 17 Enterprise provides a platform for managing and tracking product information, ensuring seamless sales operations. It helps businesses keep organized records of products, accounting, inventory, purchasing, and eCommerce. The Products menu functions within the Sales module, integrating with other modules like Inventory and POS. Within the Sales module, the Products menu can be found in the main menu bar. Submenus include:

Products
When accessing the Products submenu, Odoo 17 provides two main views:
- Kanban View: Displays products as cards for a visual overview.
- List View: Provides detailed product information, such as name, price, stock levels, and responsible users. This view also allows customization by adding default or custom fields.
Additionally, Filters and Group By options enable easy sorting and data retrieval. Products can be marked as favorites using the star icon, improving quick access to frequently used items.

Product Variants
Setting up product variants in the Odoo 17 Sales module allows you to offer multiple options for a single product, providing more flexibility and choice to your customers. The Sales module displays a list of configured variants in the Product Variants dashboard as shown below.
More product variants can be edited or created using the same process as product configuration using the ‘New ’ button.
You can activate the Variants feature through the Settings menu of the Sales module, making it easier to manage products with different variations such as size, color, or material.
Price Lists
Odoo 17 provides advanced pricing options to support your company’s pricing strategy. With these features, you can efficiently create and manage customized Price Lists for specific customers. Through the Sales module, you can design new price lists tailored to your business’s pricing policies.
You can access it from the Products menu in the Sales module. Select Pricelists to view, create, or manage your pricing rules. From this interface, you can add new price lists, modify existing ones, and align them with your sales strategy.
To configure price lists, open the Sales module’s Settings menu and enable the Price Lists option under the Pricing tab.
Discounts & Loyalty
