When we take a look at the Settings menu of the Odoo 14 CRM, you will get a tab called Partners Commissions which includes the field to adjust the frequency at which purchase orders will be automatically confirmed. You can set the Automatic PO Frequency as Manually, Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly as per your requirement. By selecting the option Manually, employees can manually confirm purchase orders. This feature is also available in Odoo 15. Along with this, the user will get one more field in Odoo 15 which is called Minimum PO Amount Total under the Partners Commissions tab.
This field is used to specify the minimum required amount needed to automatically confirm purchase orders in Odoo. By specifying the minimum amount, the purchase orders with the specified total amount will be automatically confirmed under certain criteria.
Another important feature introduced in the Odoo 15 CRM is the Rule-Based Assignment. As the name indicates, this feature will help a company to automatically assign leads to salespersons based on certain rules. The user can activate this field from the Settings menu under the CRM tab as marked in the screenshot below.
Based on configured rules, it is possible to automatically assign leads periodically. The Running can be set as Manually or Repeatedly. By selecting the ‘Manually’ option, you will get an action button in the Sales Team form view to manually trigger assignment. Selecting the Repeatedly option allows you to mention the interval between each cron run. The next execution date of the Rule-Based Assignment according to the repetition interval also can be seen in this field.
In Odoo 15, it is possible to assign a salesperson into multiple Sales Teams. In order to get this feature, enable the Multi Teams option from the Settings menu of the CRM module.
This feature allows a salesperson to work on different sales teams at the same time.
The reporting feature in Odoo 15 is beneficial for users to analyze and understand each operation done in the modules. In the CRM module, a company will get a clear insight into the reports of all processes taking place in the module in graphical and analytical patterns. Along with this, the screen also displays the total number of Leads, Days To Opportunity, Days To Assign, % Opportunities, Expected Revenue, Prorated Revenue, and Days to Close.
Analysis of upcoming revenues can be done with the help of the Forecast Reporting option.
This platform contains options to convert into Kanban, List, Pivot, and Graphical views. The user can enhance the forecast report using different measures and sorting options given in the window.
The List view of the Sales Team includes a new feature to add additional fields to the list. When you click on the three dots given on the right corner of the screen, you will get an option called Add Custom Field.
With the help of Odoo Studio, this option will help the user to add customized fields to the Sales Team window.
